How to Apply

1. Meet with a member of the Skyline Commons marketing staff and select the apartment that best suits your lifestyle.
2. Complete the Priority Reservation Agreement and place a fully refundable $1,000 priority reservation deposit to reserve your new home.
3. Pay the balance of the fully-refundable 10% deposit and sign the Residence and Care Agreement.
4. Attend special events hosted by Skyline Commons and get to know your future neighbors.
5. Begin planning your move to Skyline Commons. Our staff will work with you to ensure that your move is stress-free.
6. Pay the balance of your entrance fee upon move in.

All deposit checks should be payable to Amalgamated Bank, Escrow Agent .
