In addition, there will be spacious skilled nursing accommodations for those needing a higher level of care. Residents will have total peace of mind knowing that should their health care needs ever change, assistance with daily activities and specialized care will be readily available on the Skyline Commons campus.
In addition, unique to the State of New York, once a future resident has signed their Residence and Care Agreement, placed their 10% fully refundable deposit and are accepted, should their health care needs change for any reason they will be guaranteed access to Skyline Commons at whatever level of care is needed. Unlike other States, they will not have to re-qualify medically or financially prior to occupancy.
